Sana’s thoughts took me by surprise. I didn’t know that behind this bold-looking woman, there was this raw but wonderful human hiding. Raw in Emotions, Values and Ethics. She knows her purpose, and very few people know what they want from life. Her thoughts are as clear as water, and not to forget, her water is clean.
Q. You’ve acted in various Telugu Hindi movies and ads. Can you tell us your experience so far?
A. I’ve been here for almost eight years now. Every shoot was different, and I was very happy to be there. I’ve learned from every film, every shot, and every scene. I learnt from my co-actors and directors. I want to become a better actor, and the competition is very high. Every scene that I was in was self-criticized. I make sure to mend my craft to the best of my abilities with every new opportunity.

Q. What is your dream project or movie?
A. I want to play a character that stands alone for the right things in this world filled with expletives. I was fascinated by Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Queen’ and Alia Bhatt’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi.’ These are still my dream roles. A project that changes people’s lives and leaves a worthy impact.
Q. How would you define ‘Love’?
A. Love is an essential element of life. Love can’t be a reaction or sentimental feeling; it’s the affection two people have for each other. Fostering each other’s emotions and caring for each other in every way possible. Love is enhanced when they feel that all their flaws are already accepted in their love space. Understanding the silence is very important, and Love can be embraced only when it’s a priority. Love makes us genuine human beings.
Q. Do you think Valentine’s Day should have the validation and importance that it has?
A. Yes! Valentine’s Day has to be celebrated, Period! We have our anniversaries, birthdays, and whatnot. We need to celebrate love for the best of our hearts. This is a reminder to acknowledge the love we receive and to give out abundant love to our special people. Special things in our lives are celebrated on special days.

Q. Do you like traditional clothing or the ongoing trend?
A. I dress according to the occasion; it’s a practical way to wear fashionable attire. I’m not biased towards one here, and I enjoy wearing ongoing trends and traditional clothing.
Q. We asked you the previous question because, in one of your shoots, the traditional blue skirt looked beyond beautiful on you. Please tell us your thoughts on traditional clothing.
A. For starters, our skin looks flawless. Whenever we dress in traditional attire, it brings out the extra elegance in our personality. I think that everyone seems so lovely in Indian dresses. The liberty to wear every other piece of jewellery and sometimes the dress is complete with such heavy jewels—a chance to embrace our origin.
Q. The debut of a new artist is very important. What do you want your debut to be?
A. The debut of a new artist is very important. It leaves an image of what one can play before the audience and in the eyes of many directors and producers who may or may not cast you. It sets the base and the most important base. I want to play a character that brings a change, the one that persuades the audience towards a better thinking space.
Q. What is the best gift for Valentine’s Day to a partner? A. An experience that can never be bought. Materialistic things go away, but experiences last a lifetime.
Q. Why is Red considered the colour of love according to you?
A. It’s considered the colour of passion from ancient times. This colour speaks for itself. Red is a beautiful colour, conveying passion in every way possible.

Q. Tell us something about yourself and an important message to the public.
A. I’m a normal human, just like all of you. Cherish the good times and learn from your mistakes. Accept your failure with utmost gratitude; it will make you stronger. Smile, work for your dreams, and look out for your loved ones.
